Collectors may request a return within seven days of delivery for defects or craftsmanship variance. Each request is stewarded by the seller and Vungy concierge to ensure clarity.

Process
Submit your request through the messaging channel that links you to the seller. Provide photographs, notes, and any desires for alterations. The atelier confirms receipt and arranges an invitation for either a curated repair or a return shipment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Vungy does not retain a placement fee on returns—the atelier either repairs, offers an exchange, or credits the full sale value back to the collector.
